Reviews
Really good food and great service. They had indoor and outdoor seating and a diverse menu. It was nice and warm inside on a chilly day. They are only open Friday through Sunday in the fall, so plan accordingly. Pictured are fish tacos and a ceasar salad. The drink is just water, but the sun was hitting the table just right for a cool pic.
Great atmosphere! They had live music playing and plenty of outdoor seating available. All the tables were socially distanced. Staff was friendly and attentive plus food was quick. Everything was delicious!
Our food was delicious. We had the special for 2 which included two lobster tails, a 16oz rib eye, smashed roasted potatoes, asparagus, roasted carrots, a glass of wine each and a dessert each. It was more food than we could eat, but we certainly made a point of finishing the nice sized lobster tail.
The only disappointment was our waiter. We kept an eye on the other two waiters who were terrific, and had to rely on listening to one of them to get the full details on the specials. Our waiter left out much of the information and had to refer to his phone to get information sometimes. Even then, we had to ask questions, such as what wines can we choose from. Seemed a bit scatterbrained.
Location was lovely as well.
The restaurant had a good environment but the food took for ever, We waited for our food for more than 40 minutes when there was no other customers. We missed the historic ferry next door because if it. Overall the tacos were good and food was nice but it just took way too long and the staff were way too laid back and didn’t cater to our needs. We were disappointed.
We usually eat here after the Lantern Light tour at the Seaport in November . It was a very nice setting, not overly crowded. On the pricer side, but it's Mystic and a nicer restaurant. It's not Friendly's where you get what you pay for. We had a nice romantic dinner together. The food was tasty and the service was good. We will repeat this place again.
My boyfriend is in a power wheelchair and they were very helpful getting us a table that fits his chair.
What a phenomenal night. We always eat here after Lantern Light Tour. Great service, like really overtop great service. The best thing is everyone works together. The food was over the top delicious. We didn't wait for anything. My boyfriend had a burger with spare ribs on his burger. Omg yum! My burger had fries, onion rings and fried pickles on top. Have never had dinner where everything was perfect but tonight was. Kudos to the chef and wait staff.
So happy this restaurant is sticking around for a bit. Loved the newer menu and the service was great. Omg the meals were great but the butterscotch cheesecake is honestly something to rave about. Perfect ending to a fabulous night
I came to this beautiful restaurant my first night in Mystic. The service is great and the food was pretty good. My main course which was the Seafood Cioppino was a tad bit salty for my taste, but it was still tasty. My appetizer of Bacon Wrapped Scallop Lollipops was delish. I would come here again the next time I am in the area.
Wonderful location right on the water. Dog friendly also. Everyone loved Molly. Osyters were very good. Experienced little neck clams which were different because I usually order class fried. Tasty! Cold lobster roll was delicious and their fries were so crispy. The waitress was so nice and had visited my hometown. Great conversation.
They have a couple of marquee st up on there spacious lawn. Which gives you a wonderful View of the river. Food was well prepared their prices are very good. The wait staff were very helpful.
I was able to park in the Museum parking lot.
